Acid Reflux Makes Throat Feel Tight

It’s more of like a tight, full feeling and it’s not in my chest or heartburn it’s just my throat it’s not painful but it’s uncomfortable it makes me want to drink water or something to try and swallow and make the feeling go away or just repeatedly burp which is gross
