Can Not Eating Cause Acid Reflux

Can not eating enough cause acid reflux though i am eating less since i don't like getting acid reflux from it though it seems like i am getting more heartburn though that doesn't make sense ya i thought by eating less it will help me feel better ya does anyone know what i can do for this anyone here have experience this before though.
