Pre pregnancy i ended up with 40mg daily omeprazole not sure what the class is for it though it helped i've had surgery since then and havent had issues (apparently my reflux was aggravated by ulcers and scar tissue, so take that out and much better) however i've had some heartburn this preg, and i know sleeping somewhat upright in a recliner has helped reflux as well as hip pain.
